The 2023 International Trumpet Guild Conference in Minneapolis, MN is currently looking for volunteers to help in several capacities from May 28 – June 4, 2023. All interested applicants need to be available for the full dates listed above; there will be no exceptions made. Each volunteer will be responsible for transportation to and from the conference site.

The International Trumpet Guild needs a group of hardworking and dedicated volunteers in order to for the Conference to be successful. Areas of work at the Conference will include registration, stage crew and setup, badge checking, ticket sales, vendor set-up and tear-down, assisting artists and patrons with any questions or concerns, and local transportation.

All volunteers will receive complimentary lodging for the days leading up to and for the duration of the Conference in quad-occupancy rooms. Please make sure to indicate whether you will have a vehicle at the Conference. Meals will be the responsibility of the volunteer, however you will receive a small stipend to help cover these costs. Dress for the Conference in its entirety is the official volunteer t-shirt (you will receive two), and khakis, dress pants, or dark jeans. You must wear your name badge at all times.
