Conference Registration Terms and Conditions


 ITG CONFERENCE POLICY 

**All Registrants under the age of 18 as of May 28th, 2024 including those registering at the conference are required to present a signed General Release Form when registering.  The form is available on the conference website. itgconference.org and should be mailed, emailed, or faxed to the addresses shown above.

Full Conference Non-member registrations include an ITG print membership for the 2024-25 membership year beginning 7-1-2024.

Military Registration is reserved for those actively serving—ID is required at conference check-in.

Student Registration requires a student ID to be presented at check-in. If a valid student ID is not presented, the individual will be charged the Adult rate.

Exhibits Only Registrations are allowed only to enter exhibit areas.  Evening concert tickets are not included but may be purchased separately.

Evening Concert Tickets are included with full conference and daily registrants. Tickets may be purchased separately by the public, at the door.

Children under 8 years old are free.

ITG CONFERENCE REFUND POLICY

Full refunds will be offered to registrants who contact the ITG Conference Registration Staff before April 15, 2024.

50% refunds will be offered to registrants who contact the ITG Conference Registration Staff before May 15, 2024.

Refunds will not be offered after May 15, 2024.
