Conference Registration Terms and Conditions


**All Registrants under the age of 18 as of May 28th, 2024 including those registering at the conference are required to present a signed General Release Form when registering.  The form is available on the conference website. and should be mailed, emailed or faxed to the addresses shown in the payments section.

Full Conference Non-member registrations include an ITG print membership for the 2024-25 membership year beginning 7-1-2024

Military Registration is reserved for those actively serving.  ID required at conference check in.

Student Registration requires student ID to be presented at conference check in.  If a valid student ID is not presented, individual will be charged the Adult rate.

Exhibits Only Registrations are allowed to only enter exhibit areas.  Evening concert tickets are not included, but may be purchased separately.

Evening Concert Tickets are included with full conference and daily registrants. Tickets may be purchased separately by the public, at the door.

Children under 8 years old are free.
