The 50th Annual International Trumpet Guild Conference
Rochester, NY (USA)

Applications to Volunteer at the 2026 International Trumpet Guild Conference in Rochester, New York, are now open! We are looking for volunteers to help serve in several capacities from May 24 – May 30, 2026. 

Areas of work at the Conference will include registration, stage crew and setup, badge checking, ticket sales, vendor set-up and tear-down, assisting artists and patrons with any questions or concerns, and local transportation. All interested applicants need to arrive at the Hyatt Regency – Rochester by 3:00 pm on Sunday, May 24th, and stay for the entire conference. No exceptions. 

All volunteers will be responsible for transportation to and from the conference site. Those who are not local to Rochester, NY, will receive complimentary lodging from 5/24 to 5/31 in quad-occupancy rooms. Please make sure to indicate whether you will have a vehicle at the Conference. Dress for the Conference while you are working is the official volunteer T-shirt (you will receive two), khakis, dress pants, or dark jeans.

Deadline to apply is January 15, 2026.  Applicants who are selected will be contacted by February 1, 2026, and will need to accept or decline by February 15, 2026.
