Call For Recital Proposals

The 50th Annual International Trumpet Guild Conference
Rochester, NY (USA)

The ITG Conference Shared Recitals Committee invites performance proposals that contribute to the event’s artistic excellence.  Submissions should include 25-30-minutes of music. 

Applications for Session Proposals, New Works Recitals, and the Research Room require separate forms, available on the ITG Conference Website.

Incomplete or emailed proposals will not be considered. Selected performers are responsible for all expenses, including travel, lodging, and conference registration. If your program includes works with collaborative partners, you will be responsible for bringing them to the conference, with the exception of a pianist, which ITG will provide, if necessary. Keep in mind that rehearsal time with an ITG pianist will be limited to 60 minutes.

Submission Period: March 5 – June 15, 2025 (midnight)
Acceptance Notifications: By July 15, 2025

Proposals must include contact details, a biography, and a photo. A YouTube link of the applicant performing the proposed recital is required, and selected performers must present the exact program submitted.
