Call For Proposals

The 51st Annual International Trumpet Guild Conference
Lexington, KY (USA)

Applications for the 2027 Call for Proposals will open on March 15, 2026.

The ITG Conference Artists Committee invites performance proposals that contribute to the event’s artistic excellence.  Submissions should include 25-30-minutes of music.

If your program includes works with collaborative partners, you will be responsible for bringing them to the conference, with the exception of a pianist, which ITG will provide, if necessary. Keep in mind that rehearsal time with an ITG pianist will be limited to 45 minutes.

For inquiries, contact the Chair of the Conference Artists Committee (CAC), at conferenceartists@trumpetguild.org. Contacting the CAC does not bypass the application process.

Submission Period: March 5 – June 15, 2025 (midnight)
Notification Date: July 15, 2025

Proposals must include contact details, a biography, and a photo. A YouTube link of the applicant performing the proposed recital is required, and selected performers must present the exact program submitted.

The ITG Conference Clinics Committee invites proposals for lectures, non-performance presentations, warm-ups, jam sessions, master classes, and emerging pro events.

If you have presented a session at ITG within the last three years, your application may not be considered.

For inquiries, contact the Chair of the Conference Clinics Committee (CCC), at conferenceclinics@trumpetguild.org. Contacting the CCC does not bypass the application process.

Submission Period: March 5 – June 15, 2025 (midnight)
