Thank you for being an Exhibitor at the 2026 International Trumpet Guild Conference. Below, you will find information regarding shipping, exhibit hours (set-up and tear-down included), and hospitality offerings.

Shipping Information
Items that are shipped to the ITG Conference are to be addressed to the Exhibitor Company at the address below:

So we know we have received your entire shipment, indicate the total number of boxes by adding: 1 of 3, 2 of 3, 3 of 3, etc.

Make sure a return shipping address is correct and visible on each box.
- Shipments will be placed in the exhibitor’s assigned exhibit space and table area by conference staff prior to the exhibitor’s arrival.
- All materials being shipped to the University MUST arrive between May 18-21. Shipments that arrive after May 21 are not guaranteed delivery due to the Monday, May 25 holiday.
- After the conference, all materials are to be packaged, labeled, and scheduled to ship. Unscheduled shipments will not be picked up.

Tuesday: 12:00 P.M. – 7:00 P.M. (Exhibitor Load-In)
Wednesday: 9:30 A.M. – 5:00 P.M.
Thursday: 9:30 A.M. – 5:00 P.M.
Friday: 9:30 A.M. – 5:00 P.M.
Saturday: 9:30 A.M. – 1:00 P.M.
Saturday: 1:00 P.M. – 5:00 P.M. (Exhibitor Load-Out)
