Member Full Conference (All fees & Taxes included)

Senior (65+) — US$330
Military with ID — US$330
Student with ID — US$250
Partner/Non-Trumpet Player — US$175

Day Passes (All fees & Taxes included)

One-Day Passes:
- Adult/Senior (65+)/Military — US$150
- Student with ID — US$100
Two-Day Passes:
- Adult/Senior (65+)/Military — US$300
- Student with ID — US$200

Registration Information and Policies

Full refunds will be offered before April 1, 2026.
50% refunds will be offered before May 1, 2026.
Refunds will not be offered after May 1, 2026.

Shirts can be pre-ordered for $20. All on-site shirt purchases will be $25
The Pacho Flores and Rochester Philharmonic Evening Concert on May 30, 2025 is NOT included in any conference registration. It may be purchased as an add-on.
