2025 ITG Conference Registration is open.

All Conference Registrants are required to be members of ITG before registering. If you are not a member, or need to confirm your membership is up-to-date, please visit the site below.

Steps To Register:

  1. Press the “Register Now” button below
  2. When prompted, select “Login” with your ITG Membership Credentials or create your login by selecting “Become a Member”
  3. Navigate to the Conference Registration Page
  4. Select registration type(s)
  5. Continue to payment to complete registration

  • Adult — US$360
  • Senior (65+) and Military with ID — US$320
  • Student with ID — US$250
  • Partner/Non-Trumpet Player — US$175
    • This may only be purchased as an add-on.

Day Passes (All fees & Taxes included)

  • One Day Passes:
    • Adult — US$150
    • Partner/Non-Trumpet Player or Student with ID — US$100
  • Two Day Passes:
    • Adult — US$300
    • Partner/Non-Trumpet Player or Student with ID — US$200

Youth Registration (All fees & Taxes included)

  • Youth Registration — US$50
    • Includes full conference and one parent pass
    • ITG Membership for people under 18 years old is FREE

Exhibits Only Pass (All fees & Taxes included)

  • Exhibits Only Pass — US$50

ITG Conference Policies

  • Full refunds will be offered before April 1, 2025.
  • 50% refunds will be offered before May 1, 2025.
  • Refunds will not be offered after May 1, 2025.

  • All registrants under 18 must be accompanied by a parent.
  • A minor release form is required to be sent before May 1, 2025.
