Tomasz Ślusarczyk – born in Przemyśl, graduate of the Music School Complex in Przemyśl and the Academy of Music in Kraków (diploma with honors), since 1991 he has been associated with the following orchestras: Capella Cracoviensis and the Radio Symphony Orchestra, with which he made numerous recordings for Polish radio and television. He cooperates with many orchestras in Poland and abroad: the Kraków Philharmonic Orchestra, the Poznań Philharmonic Orchestra, the Białystok Opera and Philharmonic Orchestra, the Warsaw Chamber Opera. he has also collaborated with the famous Orchestra of the 18th Century in Amsterdam under the direction of F. Bruggen. He has performed as a soloist and chamber musician at many festivals in Russia, Ireland, Germany, Ukraine, Korea, and Great Britain. He is invited to collaborate with outstanding musicians: F. Bruggen, P. Esswood, Ch. Hogwood, M. Toporowski. Under his artistic direction, the Polish Orchestra of the 18th century made a number of recordings from manuscripts of Jasna Góra Monastery. He often serves as a juror at national and foreign competitions. In 2021, he obtained a post-doctoral degree in musical arts. At the Kraków Academy of Music. K. Penderecki and the Fryderyk Chopin University of Music he teaches the trumpet and natural trumpet class. Since 2019, he has been a visiting professor at the National Luhansk Academy of Arts in Kyiv.
