Lordan Skenderović

Lordan Skenderović is an experienced musician and teacher. Since 1996, he has been actively engaged in music, pedagogy, improvisation, visual arts, and research work. In addition to his permanent residency in the Serbian National Theatre Opera
Orchestra and Vojvodina Symphony Orchestra, he successfully collaborates with the Belgrade Philharmonic, the Montenegrin Symphony Orchestra, the Subotica Philharmonic, and many other professional ensembles. From 1 96 to 2016, he was a participant in many festivals such as Exit festival, Sziget festival, Desire festival, Kanjiža Jazz festival, and many others.
For 6 years he was a music teacher in the Music school Subotica, Serbia, and for 8 more years in the Music school in Novi Sad, where he taught trumpet and chamber music for all wind instruments in primary and secondary school.

He is also active as a composer in the field of experimental music, with five self-published albums and over 20 guest appearances on other projects. He collaborated with various contemporary, jazz, and experimental ensembles and collectives like Mezei Szilard ensemble, Vojvodina Youth Jazz orchestra, Modern Quartet, Bloom, Dublle, and performed in Monday Sessions at MedMan Home streams.

Creator of the ‘Brass Player Assistant’ mobile application intended for students of brass instruments. In 2022, he decided to start an IT consultancy business, offering knowledge and expertise in gaming and interactive technologies for startups, companies, and music schools that need to develop products using these technologies.
