Anthony Salabarria is a multifaceted trumpet performer whose career reflects a deep commitment to musical excellence, versatility, and collaboration. Known for his powerful artistry and thoughtful musical leadership, Anthony has cultivated a career that spans solo performance, chamber music, large ensemble work, and arts advocacy.
A native of Florida, Anthony’s performance journey has taken him to concert halls across the United States and abroad. He holds a Bachelor of Music in Brass Performance from Florida State University, where he studied under Dr. Christopher Moore. He went on to earn a Master’s degree in Trumpet Performance from the University of Delaware, studying with Mark Clodfelter. His graduate work not only refined his technical and expressive abilities but also deepened his understanding of artistic programming and high-level collaboration.
In addition to his performance work, Anthony is a passionate advocate for the performing arts community. His administrative experience includes organizing and supporting major events such as the International Trumpet Guild Conference, where he currently serves as Assistant Conference Director. His work in this role reflects his belief in the power of music to lift up communities.
Anthony is also a trumpet player and proud Cast Member with the Walt Disney World Company, where he brings his artistry to life for audiences from around the world.
