Giorgio Baggiani (b. Milan, 1965) is an esteemed Italian trumpet player and pedagogue, recognized as a leading figure in brass education. After graduating from the Conservatory of Cagliari in 1984, he relocated to Paris to further specialize within the prestigious French trumpet school. Baggiani quickly distinguished himself as one of the most brilliant students and highly regarded professionals appreciated by Maestro Thibaud himself. Since 1989, Maestro Baggiani has served as Tenured Professor of Trumpet at the “G. Pierluigi da Palestrina” Conservatory of Music in Cagliari, Italy.
