Start your day with a grounding yoga class designed and led by Dr. Brianne Borden, Co-Owner of Yoga for All Musicians and Assistant Professor of Trumpet at SUNY Potsdam. Brianne will lead you through a beginner-friendly yoga class created to cultivate more awareness through your body, practice mindfulness, and learn breathwork techniques. This work is rooted in extensive research that yoga practices can aid in injury prevention and help combat performance anxiety. You will leave the session with tools you can implement on or off of a yoga mat and into your practice sessions to keep you more centered and aware. Please come prepared to move. A yoga mat is not necessary, but if you have one, bring it!
