Session: Music & Early Childhood: Music, more than a game (Part I) Childhood and the Trumpet with Judit Martín González

The first steps in music and the instrument are fundamental, since, on the one hand, they make up the link between the student and the instrument and, on the other hand, they determine the foundations on which they are acquiring this new language, music. How to start taking those first steps on the trumpet? The game, the preparation of a class with active listening, in movement, and with a great variety in terms of styles, meters and harmonies, will result in musical understanding. This will be our main objective to work and discover. We will delve into musical compression and what this influences in the first years of the trumpet with children as young as four years old.
